I had an absolutely incredible stay in Anguilla, and a huge part of that was thanks to our host, Javan. He was truly exceptional. So helpful, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The house itself was amazing. Super spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home, but even better.
I couldn’t recommend staying here more highly. If you’re visiting Anguilla, this is the place to be!

We had an amazing stay here! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described, super comfortable and perfect for relaxing. Looks better in person than pictures.
Javan is an outstanding host. He was very welcoming, responsive, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches that really made our trip even better.
I would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

My friend Savannah and I had a wonderful stay at Javan's place! Before even arriving, Javan was communicative and offering insight on what to expect for our arrival in Anguilla. He even went as far to plan an itinerary with suggestions of restaurants, sight-seeing, spas, and hotel day passes we could do during our stay! Javan also helped coordinate our ferry from St. Marteen and rental car for a seamless arrival. The house was exactly as described and we were very impressed with the cleanliness throughout the whole house! We were greeted with a charcutier board and champagne, helping us feel super welcomed. Throughout our stay Javan was attentive in answering all our questions and response time was very quick. Overall, was a great stay and will be recommending to anyone who is planning a trip to Anguilla!

Our short stay in Anguilla was very memorable thanks to our fantastic host Javan. He met us at the property showed us around and immediately made us feel right at home. The property was stocked with everything we expect from a high end Airbnb. We would recommend this stay to anyone and hope we are lucky enough to find ourselves back!

Not only does Javan stands out as a host but the space does as well. I’ve never been to a more fully stocked Airbnb in all my years of travel. Javan and his hospitality is truly appreciated.

Where do I start..the consistent communication? The cleanliness of the property,My welcome card,wine and smores set up? My name being on the tv serenaded by the beautiful jazz tunes for relaxation to welcome me and the dates of check in and check out? I mean I have no clue where to start! If u never been out the country and lived among the locals then here is your first try..did I mention its a gym at the top of the block? or how Javans beautiful wife made us welcoming cocktails of our choice? The set up in the backyard,the comfy bed,the everything we needed..I got to cook,walk around and have peace..this is not a neighborhood your gonna see pools,glitz and glamour but u will see beautiful mansions all along the road..the comfortability was the best part..on our first morning after arrival..we were greeted with fresh coco bread and saltfish a local breakfast item and pastries!! I couldnt have asked for a better host..anything I needed from driver to the ferry..JAVAN DID THAT!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Javans. The house is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable with a feel at home sense. Javan is a very kind host and he is a very helpful person who is available at any time for your needs or questions. This place has everything you need and very clean as well.
